Meet Lakwantiera Braddy

Lakwantiera Braddy founded Another Boring Meal (ABM) on a simple but powerful idea: wellness doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or reserved for people with unlimited time and resources. It can, and should, be an everyday practice.

Her background spans military service, competitive fitness, and personal training. As a U.S. Navy veteran and former Command Fitness Leader, she learned the value of discipline, consistency, and routines that support physical readiness. Her experience as a competitive bodybuilder taught her what it takes to pursue demanding fitness goals while helping her recognize that sustainable wellness routines need to adapt to the demands of a busy lifestyle.

Lakwantiera is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds an MBA, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration. Her experience in planning, organization, and balancing competing priorities shapes her practical approach to building wellness routines that fit everyday life. Through ABM, she shares home cooking, wellness education, and personal experiences to help people build simple systems they can return to when life disrupts their routines. After travel, a demanding week, or a vacation that leaves you needing another vacation, finding your rhythm again shouldn’t feel overwhelming. A familiar, nourishing meal, an approachable movement routine, or a few supportive daily habits can provide a place to start. Her goal is to make wellness feel accessible, encouraging, and easier to reconnect with whenever you need a reset. It’s about building routines that support you through the changes of real life and returning to them one intentional choice at a time. That’s what “Wellness Made Every Day” means to her.
